The Bamboo Co is an Indian eco-lifestyle brand offering premium bamboo fibre tableware and kitchenware. Built on a mission to replace toxic, unhealthy alternatives with reusable, non-toxic dining essentials, the brand had strong product value, but needed stronger visibility and a scalable growth engine to compete in a crowded sustainability market.

Objective

A full-funnel performance strategy combining creative experimentation, high-intent targeting, and structured scaling across Meta and Google.

Our Approach

We introduced high-quality product carousels to showcase variety and value, while deploying UGC-led video creatives with strong early hooks to communicate durability, eco-friendly benefits, and everyday usability. Messaging was anchored around making sustainable living feel simple and accessible.

  1. Meta campaigns were scaled using Advantage+ Shopping, paired with funnel segmentation that nurtured users from discovery to purchase. Top-funnel education and UGC drove awareness, mid-funnel testimonials and carousels strengthened consideration, and bottom-funnel DPAs converted high-intent users efficiently.

  1. Performance Max campaigns were activated with refined audience signals to capture high-intent searches and shopping behaviour, creating a balanced acquisition system where Google supported conversion demand while Meta built scale and discovery.

  1. Weekly creative and audience testing enabled consistent learning loops. High-performing hooks were scaled, underperforming variants were cut, and budgets were steadily expanded only where ROI remained stable.
